Hello! I’m Whitney- a Creative, Reiki Master, and Trauma-informed Yoga Facilitator based in NYC and Maine.

I am a multi-disciplinary artist, weaving together my love of nature, textiles, yoga, and sound into my energy healing practice.

Raised in a creative family in New Jersey, I started gardening, painting, writing, and crafting at a young age. I moved to NYC in my early 20s to work for Betsey Johnson and went on to advocate for sustainable materials for the next 15 years, while studying yoga and herbalism.

I completed my 200 hr YTT in India in 2016, my Level I Herbalism Certificate in 2018 from the Gaia School of Healing and Earth Medicine, and my Reiki Master Attunement from Maha Rose in 2022. I also hold Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, and Trauma-Informed Yoga Certifications from 2023-2025 and an MFA in Textiles from the Rhode Island School of Design.
